Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during scheduling and ensuring access to the service area. Additional fees may apply for incomplete or rescheduled jobs due to lack of access or other preventable factors.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Home Services NJ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
